I have thirty years of experience in project management and controls for the engineering,
procurement, construction, operations and maintenance of industrial facilities with titles of
planner/scheduler, contract analyst, contract administrator, and cost specialist. Client base for
EPCI projects include: refinery, petrochemical, natural gas (downstream), power, cogeneration,
semiconductor, advanced technology (DOE) and offshore (FPSO and offshore drilling
platform/pipeline).
My focus has been to develop, implement, and maintain planning and commercial practices as
best interest the project stakeholders and aligns with company standards and processes. Identify

Planner/Scheduler
Develop detailed schedule for engineering, procurement and fabrication of remote instrument
enclosure buildings including installation of all cabinets, panels, instrument and electrical
components. Scope includes control room cabinets, consoles, and workstations. Interface
with other contractors to determine integration milestones for a multi-unit scope of work.
Track progress of hardware/software work scope against an approved baseline target to
determine schedule performance and achievement of project milestones. Analyze schedule to
identify critical activities that could impact the construction schedule. Identify potential
engineering and procurement impacts and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project
goals.
March 2011 - June 2014: Chevron (Contract)
Planning & Scheduling Advisor
Develop and maintain a detailed project master schedule, including integration of contractor
schedules for overall reporting using Primavera and/or MS Project. Extract high level
summary schedules (from master schedule) in various formats for use in reports and
presentations. Track status of team progress on deliverables and milestones, while providing
oversight and review of contractor(s) schedule, staffing plan and progress reporting. Prepare
for and participate in Risk/Assurance, IPA, and Peer Review sessions.

Develop Level 1-3 schedules for planning and funding purposes, representing various
contracting and permitting strategies. Develop detailed engineering, procurement and
construction schedules for existing facility modifications and shutdowns. Develop file

Contract Analyst
Owner/operator feasibility studies and development of power facilities in US, England,
Mexico, and Colombia. Commercial support for due diligence, project development
agreements, power purchase agreements, European procurement process/requirements,
permit and insurance requirements, development and proposal schedules.
Contract Administrator
EPC grass-roots power projects and facility expansions in Canada, Texas, and Florida. Draft
and negotiate contracts and work scope specifications, develop bid lists, bid packages,
facilitate bid walks and bid review meetings, produce bid evaluations, confirm insurance
requirements and compliance, project reporting, billing procedures, project management
reports (curves, forecasts, cash flow), change order and claims development/negotiations,
project correspondence.
Scheduler
Develop and maintain detailed EPC schedule for grass-roots 424 MW cogeneration facility in
Freeport Texas. Weekly reporting on progress, productivity, milestones, and forecast
completion. Monthly reports on status, progress, labor forecasts, and cash flow. Change
order development and negotiations.

Construction Cost/Scheduling
Responsibilities included developing and maintaining cost reports, labor production reports,
construction progress reports, manpower and cash flow projections, subcontract
administration, change order development and negotiations, schedule updates/projections,
